Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Trakkify Licenses platform collects and why.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address and (optionally) phone and company, used to identify you and deliver licenses.
License data: the name, email, domains, plan and validity embedded in your license key. This is required for the plugin to verify the license.
Order data: order IDs, plan, amount and payment status. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials; Razorpay handles payment details.
Operational logs: email delivery status and administrative audit records, to keep the service reliable.

To create your account, process orders, generate your license key, and send transactional emails (payment confirmation and license delivery).
To let you view your own licenses and orders in your dashboard. Only your account can see your data.

Data is stored in a managed, access-controlled database with row-level security: every request is scoped to your account.
Payment webhook messages are cryptographically verified before anything is processed.

You can update your profile details in your dashboard at any time. For account deletion or data export requests, contact support.
