Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your purchase and use of license keys for the Trakkify Website Converter issued through this platform, operated by Trakkify IT Solution ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

Licenses

  • A license grants the right to use the Trakkify Website Converter on the specific domain(s) recorded in the license key for the validity period stated at purchase.
  • Licenses are locked to the domains entered at checkout. Moving a license to a different domain requires contacting support.
  • Each license key is cryptographically signed and may be verified locally by the plugin. Sharing, reselling or forging keys is prohibited and may result in revocation without refund.

Payments & billing

  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and verified server-side before an order is accepted.
  • Plans are billed per payment period (monthly plans issue 30 days of validity per payment). We do not auto-charge you; renewals are manual and initiated by you from your dashboard.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Licenses and order history are visible only to your account.

Service availability

  • Already-issued keys keep working on your site even if this platform is briefly unavailable, because verification happens locally inside the plugin.
  • We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page.
