Before contacting us

• Activation problems? Check that your site's domain exactly matches the domains recorded on the license (visible in your dashboard, under My Licenses).
• Payment done but no license? Open My Orders. A paid order with no license yet shows a "Generate license" button where you can enter your domains.
• Key expired? Use the Renew button on the license in your dashboard.
